We now offer foundation certifications. The proprietary bracing system pictured above is part of the foundation certification inspection. The bracing arms (above) are clamped to the manufactured home to add stability to the home. The dry stack pier supports the home and is used as a base for the foundation bracing system in some instances. All these systems and issues are fully addressed in our report.
