Our home insurance requested an inspection on our roof, and we hired Mr. Irving. We are relived we chose him, because of his professionalism, quick turnaround, fair price and most of all his knowledge and expertise. He pointed out a few other items he happened to notice (not regards to the roof), and told us in layman's term how to fix them. His attention to details and honesty will save us money in the future. Our only regret is not having found him before when purchasing our home, because that company cost us several thousand dollars by not catching our new AC unit was installed faulty. We highly recommend Mr. Irving, and have put his contact information in our iPhones for future reference should we need his services again.

Dennis came to my future home in sebring fl for a home inspection of the property. With his sister Dee along side him, they did a great job going through every inch of the house. They explain everything they did in simple terms and allowed myself to see everything they did to ensure the house was able to pass. He also gave me tips of what to look for down the rd for future projects that may require some attention. They are very nice people to work with and their rates are very reasonable.
